Both teams were due to be in action on the Saturday but the 2nds game against Civil Service was called off due to the rain (yes, it does rain in Ireland sometimes), Thus the 1sts took on Adamstown, who batted first and made 191. In reply Sandyford made 158/10, with Ajay top-scoring with 40 but Shyam in his final innings departed appropriately by hitting two 6s in his innings of 29.

Only the 2nd team were in action as they traveled to play Merrion 6th at Bird Avenue on Sunday. Ten man Sandyford won the toss and elected to bat and were dismissed for 155, with Shyam Bharti top-scoring on 37. Merrion looked to be cruising to victory at 122/02 but a middle order collapse saw their last man coming in to bat with 4 still required which they made to record a 1 wicket victory. Shyam Bharti took 3/32.
