In a rain reduced game on Saturday, the 1st lost away to Laois 2nds. The home side batted first and made an impressive 309-05 from 35 overs (the sixth highest total ever against the club). Despite 50s by both Rahman and Kanwar, Sandyford fell 101 runs short of the total finishing on 208-08.

The 2nds game against North County was abandoned early in the Sandyford innings  (24-02) as the run ups had become unsafe following some rain.

A second fifty in successive games for Kanwar Arora.
